JITC has an average of 30 employed management and administration staff. As for the site manpower, JITC has skilled manpower such as carpenters, steel fixers, masons, scaffolders, safety officers, as well as unskilled laborers, drivers and operators.
Supervisory & Specialist Staff
Intermediate Staff and Specialist Engineers, Tradesmen from Nepal, Bangladesh, Jordan, Egypt, India, Pakistan and the Philippines.
Through our overseas contract, we are able to draw on short notice, additional engineering, supervising and specialist personnel from Europe should the need arise.
Jefferson International Trading & Contracting W.L.L. has used primarily Indian and Egyptian laborers for all qualified civil and finishing worker, and Nepali, Pakistani, Bangladeshi labors for other qualifications.
In order to retain flexibility, JITC is rotating its qualified staff on long term leave at time of reduced work load and is thus able to recall them on short notice. JITC also enjoys an equally reliable reservoir from sister companies within Al-Jaber Group.
Accordingly, JITC is able to mobilize rapidly, as it has done successfully in the past for many large projects, which would exceed its momentarily available manpower.
